
Baking with Whaiora
This is just one of the delicious recipes you can make with these lovely smoothie mixes…

Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 Cup Medjool Dates
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Cup Almonds
- Pinch Salt
- 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Topping:
- 400ml Coconut cream
- 2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
- 4 Tbsp Whaiora Gold Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- Extra desiccated coconut to sprinkle on top
Method:
- Blend base ingredients in food processor and press into 20cm by 20cm baking tray. Refrigerate for 30min
- Blend the topping ingredients into a paste and spread evenly over set base.
- Sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut and freeze for further 30min.
