Baking with Whaiora

This is just one of the delicious recipes you can make with these lovely smoothie mixes…



  • 1 Cup Medjool Dates
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • Pinch Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey



  • 400ml Coconut cream
  • 2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 4 Tbsp Whaiora Gold Powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Extra desiccated coconut to sprinkle on top



  • Blend base ingredients in food processor and press into 20cm by 20cm baking tray. Refrigerate for 30min
  • Blend the topping ingredients into a paste and spread evenly over set base.
  • Sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut and freeze for further 30min.
